1. Terms of use

1.1 What GoldEmpire is

GoldEmpire ("we", "us", "the desk") publishes trading signals and market commentary for gold (XAUUSD) through its website and Telegram channels. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

1.2 What GoldEmpire is not

We are not a broker, a licensed financial advisor, a portfolio manager, or an investment firm. Nothing we publish constitutes personal investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances. We do not know your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

1.3 Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make and for its outcome.
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade leveraged instruments where you live.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any restrictions on CFD or leveraged trading in your country.
• You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1.4 Acceptable use

You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our signals or content without written permission, misrepresent yourself as affiliated with GoldEmpire, or use our channels to spam, defraud, or solicit other members. We may remove anyone from our Telegram channels at our discretion, particularly to protect members from scams.

2. Risk disclosure

Trading gold and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before acting on any signal, understand the following:

• Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You can lose more than your initial deposit with some brokers and account types.
• Past performance — whether of the gold market, our signals, or any published results — does not guarantee future results.
• Signals can and do result in losses. Stop-loss levels reduce risk but do not eliminate it; markets can gap through stop levels, especially around news events.
• Published statistics (such as win rates) reflect specific historical periods and depend on execution, spreads, and timing, which vary between brokers and individuals. Your results may differ from ours.
• If you do not fully understand these risks, seek advice from an independent, licensed financial advisor before trading.

3. Broker referral disclosure

GoldEmpire is funded through broker referral partnerships. When you open an account with a partner broker through our referral link, that broker may pay us a commission. This is how the service remains free for members and how VIP access is unlocked.

• We do not receive your money directly, and we never ask for deposits or payments to us.
• Partner brokers are independent companies. We are not responsible for their platforms, execution quality, withdrawal processing, regulation, or conduct. Review each broker's own terms, regulation status, and reputation before opening an account.
• Whether an existing broker account can be switched to our referral depends entirely on that broker's own policies.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldEmpire and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of the website, the Telegram channels, the signals, or any partner broker. All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Interruptions, delays, or errors in signal delivery may occur, including those caused by Telegram or other third-party platforms.

5. Privacy

5.1 What we collect

• Contact form and email: the name, email address, optional Telegram username, and message you choose to send us.
• Telegram: the public profile information Telegram makes visible to channel administrators, such as your username. Telegram's own privacy policy governs your use of that platform.
• Website analytics: standard, aggregated usage data (pages visited, approximate region, device type) used to improve the site.

5.2 What we do with it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiries, operate and improve the service, and verify VIP eligibility with partner brokers where you have registered through our referral. We do not sell your personal information.

5.3 What we never ask for

We never ask for your trading account password, payment card details, or deposits to us. Any message requesting these in GoldEmpire's name is an impersonation attempt — report it via our contact page.

5.4 Data requests

To request a copy or deletion of personal data you have sent us, contact us at support@goldempire.io and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
